For sale, my 2023 16 Ft Deluxe, Layout A. This is the front and rear dinette, side full (wet) bath floorplan. The layout allows for your separate bed and dinette to remain in position while camping, eliminating the need to put up or tear down your bed/dinette each day. My setup is great for 1, 2, or 3 people. Bath, fridge, closet, and microwave oven are on the driver's side. Kitchen sink, stove top and regular oven on the passenger side with the entry door.
The rear dinette has the largest Scamp cushions for the big bed. Additionally I added an aftermarket Majic Sleeper bed mattress top and case to convert the Scamp dinette cushions into a normal mattress. Makes for a VERY comfortable full-time mattress. Can be easily disassembled and used in original Scamp setup or dinette.
The 2023 has all LED lights and digital controls, guages, etc plus the flat entry door. Complete digital battery guages and digital tank monitors.
Additional aftermarket items: Remote/in tow vehicle Tire Pressure Monitoring System; a keyless Carmtek (10 digit) Wireless Entry pad on entry door. Kitchen wall has a mounted custom spice rack adding a unique color and decorative flare to the camper inside.
Stored per Scamp recommendations on jacks when winterized. Washed and marine waxed (Gelcoated) after each season before winterizing.
Interior is all birch, with blue cushions and has an extra set in green. Full wrap around upper cabinets throughout. TV package for TV, TV cable/antenna and added aftermarket satellite wiring. Exterior has an awning, dual covered LP tanks with an automatic crossover valve, larger group 27 battery, power tongue jack, rear leveling jack's, rear hitch, antisway bar. tongue wheel, and electric brakes. Outside shower included. Upper and lower taillights on the back.
Appliances include: Maxfan, Air Conditioning with the soft start, LP heating, 6 cu 3-way refrigerator, upgraded 3 burnerr stove with an oven, plus a microwave oven. Tankless on demand hot water. Tank sizes: 12 Fresh, 10 Black, and 28 Grey.
