Absolutely zero leaks and everything works except for the 12V power. It stopped working and I replaced the batteries to see if that was the problem, but it still only runs on “shore power” when the camper is plugged into an outlet. I checked all the breakers and they’re good so I’m not sure what the problem is. But it’s priced appropriately for that one issue. It’s currently parked at a storage lot in Coal Creek Canyon (NW of Golden) but I can meet you there to see it if you’re interested. It’s 26 feet overall, but only weighs 3500 pounds and with the Anderson hitch (or a gooseneck) it pulls like a dream. See the photos and let me know if you’re interested.
