9/10 great condition, everything works, separated bathroom (porta potty, with water flushing), cold AC, propane/12v/shore power fridge. No gray or fresh water but it has a direct hose hookup for the sink. 1,300-1,500lbs estimated.

It's a 1992 (it's been restored and painted) which is great because it doesn't have the roof mounted AC, making it easy to fit in any garage. It instead has a factory mounted window AC under the closet, so it's stress free if it'll ever need replacement (and substantially cheaper).

It's also lower in height, about 7' but has the larger 5 lug wheels that can safely cruise at 65mph. Plenty of ground clearance still.
