I purchased this Casita on Oct. 26, 2022 ordered it in late summer 2021 . After living in it full time since then, I realized very quickly that I've had a change of heart about this lifestyle from when I originally started working toward this goal nearly 5 years ago.
I'm selling this Casita for $36,000. According to the Casita website, the present purchase price for a Spirit Deluxe with no upgrades is $32,694. After adding the same upgrades that I did at the same price that I paid, the current cost for a fully loaded Casita Spirit Deluxe, if you ordered today, would be approximately $37,980. Additionally, the wait time from order to pick up remains greater than a year. Purchasing this Casita Spirit Deluxe is an opportunity to enjoy a new, loaded fiberglass camper now as opposed to waiting until 2024.

Other important need to knows:
This Casita has only logged 530 miles and has a clean title. Per manufacturer, the 1 year warranty is not transferrable from its original owner. My 2 cats have lived in the camper with me, but no pet damage has occurred. Those with cat allergies should take caution because I cannot guarantee that all cat dander will be removed despite my best efforts.
I worked out a few small gremlins that one expects when they purchase something brand new, happy to share, so it s technically in better condition now than when it was at pick up. Additionally, this Casita will be cleaner for you than what it was on Day 1 for me, and its owner manual is also better organized than originally provided. This Casita is new and is ready for its next owner to move in and finish up personal touches.
