Built March 1985, one of the first made according to build dates.

Dry wt. about 2100 Pounds, Tongue wt. about 200 pounds.

Clear Indiana title.

Interior:

Mostly original except for Kitchen area under Stove and sink that has had drawers and a microwave added.

Original range hood with rebuilt motor and damper, LED lights and USB outlet added.

U-Haul stove replaced with 2 burner unit.

Furnace removed and storage added.

All elevator bolts replaced with 5/16” bolts and silicone added to holes to reduce potential future corrosion.

Original cushion covers with new foam, additional cushions added in rear to make permanent bed.

Rare Original Hammock with new cover.

New fabricated Wood rear table can be used in case permanent bed option is not wanted.

Wire shelves added in Potty room and rear of trailer. Attached with command strips for easy no marring removal.

Inside doors show cracking of the plastic wrap material. All hinges on the Potty room are good. I have the material to face the doors with new fiberglass panels or make new doors if desired.

Front storage compartment cover replaced, old cover has holes drilled into it and is available. Floor has been checked last year and two soft spots in rear next to and in bench floor treated with Git Rot. That being said, periodic checking should be done.

New door seal, door hinges replaced With SS ones.

New Allure Vinyl floor covering, remainder of carton available.

All windows rebuilt or replaced. Two Jalousie Scamp windows in rear allow ventilation during moderate rain. These type windows are no longer available. Rear window is a Scamp replacement. Minor leaking occurs during heavy blowing rain.

Reflectrex added between walls where possible for insulation, sound deadening and reduction of light transmission.

Headliner replaced; additional material included.

Potty room vent replaced with power vent.

Undercoating applied to bottom of camper.

New 9500 BTU Houghton AC added. Much quieter and more efficient than the old Coleman.

TV support and TV.

Running gear: Note the VT came with hydraulic surge brakes so no controller is necessary.

2 yr. old Carlisle HD ST185/80R13 tires, spare is a P205 60 R15, 2 years old never used, New Hubs 2015.

Spare hub.

Axle still in working order but shows some stiffness due to age. Frame appears to be in good shape but shows typical corrosion at the wheel cutouts.

Rear hitch receiver with 4 wire plug to pull your CT just like U-Haul did.

Original fiberglass bumper.

Exterior:

Paint is in reasonable shape but shows some road rash on front and some spider cracking.

Spare tire mount added.(Purdue Tire Cover will be removed)

Awning rail added.

Fulton HD jack with wheels added.

Under frame storage pipe added.

Stabilizers replaced with BAL screw type and 2 new ones added to the front for a very stable setup in 30-40 mph winds. 2 Speed wrenches and special socket for impact wrench included.

All 120V electrical except for AC replaced and 2 new 120V circuits added. Wiring upgraded to 10 and 12-3 AWG Flexible. 1-120V outlet added outside.

Cover that has been used for 1 season.

Power cord storage modified to store separately in original furnace location via Kayak hatch.

Electrical:

Pull out power cord replaced with Marinco detachable 30A cord.

Most 12V wiring replaced and new fuse centers added, wire numbers added for easier tracing.

50-Watt Solar panel added to replace original along with an additional solar port for portable panels.

7 Pin plug and wiring replaced

Coax cable port for TV added.

600-Watt Samlex Pure Sine Wave inverter added.

All new LED lighting except for Potty room.

Additional 12V ports added inside and outside.

2 Bargman 300 door latches with keys.
