Bought from the original owners in 2020, this casita is in great working condition and ready for adventure. I went through most of the interior, updating the cabinet doors with baltic birch and commissioning all systems. The exterior gel coat is in good shape, I replaced all the roof hatches, installed scissor jacks, had the underside repainted, and installed new bearings/rims/rubber... AC blows cold and the fridge works. We have LOVED this trailer but our family has sadly outgrown in.
