Kept under carport but could use a bath when the weather warms up.  Has no bathroom.  Does have sink & water tank. Has extra wide bed in rear, couch in front.  No refrigerator, AC or heater.  Fantastic fan is great.  Camped mostly in parks with shore power where we used small electric space heater when needed.  Little Buddy also works fine.  Everything is clean and works well.  Can't get into trailer to take inside pictures due to snow.  Moving and sadly cannot take.  $12,000 firm.  Cash only, please.
