If you're looking for a trailer with all of the bells and whistles, then this trailer is not for you.
I tried to make it as light as possible and tankless. I opted out of many appliances since I prefer boondocking to hookups. The appliances tend to break down, require maintenance or leak. Also I get more storage space.
No water tank which gives you more storage under the bed and you don't need to winterize or worry about leaks or moldy lines.
I use water jugs and a USB water pump when boondocking or hook up the sink with a hose.
No factory fridge. I use a compressor fridge which means less holes in the fiberglass and less power consumption. I was going to use a camping tankless water heater for hot water and a Wave3 catalytic heater for heat. It does not have a stove.
I use a camping stove that can be used indoor or out, and have more counter space that way.
So no water heater, heater, fridge, water tank or a/c.
The factory said it weighs about 1200 lbs dry.
