The inside of the camper has two beds, sink with tankless hot water heater, refrigerator, microwave, TV/DVD set and a window air conditioner.  The floor has been replaced with marine grade plywood but has not been secured to the frame.  It also needs covering.  There are no holding tanks.  30 amp hookup and direct water hookup.  Everything works as expected.  The outside fiberglass has some work that needs done as shown in photos.  The vents were taken out and not properly fixed.  The trailer frame may need to fixed.  The camper has started to lean to the side.  I recently pulled it over 200 miles with no problems.  I do not have a title as it is not needed in the state of Georgia.  I will give a bill of sale and tag receipt.
