1982 Scamp 16' Layout 4 for sale. Good condition, garage kept with us as well as by previous owner. We've been using this the past 6 years and making small changes as we went along. Original refrigerator was replaced with 120v AC unit. Original furnace was replaced with 120v heater (still have original, goes with the unit.) New mattress installed over dinette, with original cushions going with as well. New vinyl plank flooring installed in 2020 along with a fresh coat of interior paint. A few quirks - We've used a tarp strap to help secure the door during transit as door latch may need to be repositioned; haven't had an issue with the strap in place. In the back, the shell has a small crack in the bottom of the fiberglass, does not affect anything structurally (see pic.) There's a small patch in the floor under the dinette bunk by the fresh water tank from the previous owner. All in all, it's a solid little camper we've been using, but our family has slowly outgrown it. 10k/offer. Clear title and original paperwork exist and go with.
