1985 Casita fiberglass travel trailer 16' for sale.  $3500.00  OBO

Project camper, deer lease, boutique, or food trailer fixer upper, modified by previous owner so could be lived in, stationary full time.  Holding, gray and black tanks removed - toilet has RV hook up / valve, so still hook direct to fhu sewer- (see sewer valve pic). Incoming water supply to camper is hose bib below kitchen sink. To use and drain kitchen sink and shower would require a portable gray tank or piping if permanently set again. Changed to 50 amp to accommodate the 20 gal rheem water heater. Many additional cabinets and one includes a flip up table in front of bed. No dinette-changed to bed platform but the center does lift out leaving 2 benches. 3 known leaks, one at small window to the left of the door, somewhere around ac in the back window (pic, possibly through the old wood around ac), and one where a window was removed and filled in, but the "fill" material currently has a crack (pic) Stove and gas removed. No frig but 2 spots for one. Camper has toilet, shower, kitchen sink, hot water, cabinets, electric. Recently tested ac and it was not working. Title shows weight at 1400 but not sure with modifications though many are lightweight (I pulled with Kia Sorento and barely noticeable..the light colored doors/cabinets are a very light weight wood, not plywood). Has 7 pin hookup but don't know if works because I used 4 pin with magnetic lights.  I believe is 2" hitchball. Flooring is vinyl plank, Walls and ceiling covered in various items, from paint to carpet. Door latch not catching / door held shut by bungee.

I am attempting to disclose all that is wrong with it to save us both some time and no surprises.  That being said, if someone does not want to restore and just wants a basic camper, they could caulk the leaks, grab a gray water rolling tank, and throw a hasp lock on the door, and be ready to roll, making more improvements later if desired, while being able to use it.
