We are selling our 1987 Casita.  Purchased 12 ish years ago to sleep in and haul the camping gear while the kids were growing up. Not getting any use, last trip it took was Thanksgiving 2022. AC works, water tanks in tact, tires purchased and pig tail install Fall 2022. Has been stored outside for last 2 years.  Fixer upper or total overhaul. No rust.  Clean Texas title.
