Only plumbing is to little sink that has a drain tube coming out through the flooring. We used a collapsible 5gal water container to catch gray water
The door is the only known major issue I never got around to addressing. It needs to be reconditioned for a better fit. It does not latch well from the outside and when towing we use a heavy duty bungee to secure it. When inside there is a deadbolt to keep secured.
The rat fur is sagging in some places. And there is a section on the ceiling that was partially cut where a vent fan was going to be installed.
Previous owner had frame repaired with weld.
It’s lightweight and we’ve never had any issues towing. Clean Florida title.
