Purchased from the original owner in 2017 and lightly used since. I have upgraded and improved: a new back window, new rivets and pop caps, a new furnace cover, new hardware for the cabinets, replaced the inside door headliner, and added shelving to the closet. I have tried to keep as much of the original feel as possible.

This is a Standard Model Travel Trailer and DOES NOT include a bathroom or shower.

WHAT DOESN'T WORK:
The propane to the fridge. Currently just works on electricity.
The battery probably will need replacing as it doesn't seem to charge anymore.
The hitch tongue is slightly bent off-center, which doesn't affect the ride.
The top part of the electricity outlet doesn't work.
Have not tried to open the awning, but was told it works.
The right-back stabilizer leg is stuck in the closed position.
Missing gravel guard and top-right mounting piece.
A small leak in the gray water holding tank.
The front door lock requires a spring attached to the inside to close properly.
Small flaws in the screen door.
