This casita was bought right off the showroom floor. It has been owned for over 23 years by a lovely couple in Austin and they have reach a age where their days of traveling are over. Sad to sell but it is time.

The trailer is 17 ft long and well maintained. Standard kitchen and bath accessories.
As soon as Casita offered the new raised axels they returned to Casita to have the taller axels. tire and rims replaced.
This is a option I was told was over $1000.00 and is worth every penny. At that time they got the name of the upholster company who made two special swivel chairs to replace the bench seats. The company could not match the original fabric and used the new style fabric on the chairs.
I have not got the refrigerator to work and am replacing with a two door electric.
