2002 16’ Casita Side Dinette

Person should be under 5'11.  This has a lower ceiling than a 17’ Casita but a wider walkway.

Moving on in life...our beloved 2002 Casita 16' Side Dinette  (Fiberglass) must find a new home.  Well maintained, many extras.  Good for dry camping or at the beach.  Fully self contained with water tank, bathroom and shower,   gas kitchen, solar operated or plug in, extra sewer holding tank, if needed.  Perfect long weekend camping off the grid.  We also lived in it for 3 months at a time as work campers in Florida.

No pets / No smoking

This Casita is in good condition,  and winterized each year. The construction is great, maintenance is a breeze, and it’s easy to tow. We bought it in 2005 and enjoyed it for 14 years, always upgrading each year. Husband a retired shop teacher.  We would stay in it 3 months at a time, while volunteering as docents in a Florida State Park.  Our own mobility is now impaired, which restricts many other fun outdoor activities. Looking for a good home for it!  Many extras included (dishes, silverware, cookware) if wanted. All upgrades/parts/manuals in a binder.  Can be ready to use in 1 day- just load your food, bedding and clothes and take off.
