Sadly, after owning her for only 4 months, we are forced to sell our lovely Scamp, LuAnne, due to unexpected expenses.

This Scamp layout includes a bathroom with toilet and shower forward, a large dinette at the rear that converts to a double bed with a2" foam topper The smaller dinette on driver’s side converts to a single bed. The galley includes a sink with hot and cold running water, a two-burner propane stove top, a Dometic refrigerator/freezer and a microwave oven. The fridge runs on propane or electric and gets very cold. The bathroom contains a Dometic Sealand toilet with porcelain bowl, a powered flush, and a shower with floor pump to the grey water tank. The toilet has brand new seals and flush valve installed Oct 2023.

The electrical system includes a 30 amp 120v connection with multiple outlets throughout the camper, some installed by the first owner. A 12 volt deep cycle battery sits in a weather proof box on the tongue. The battery powers the all LED lighting, the roof fan, and the fan for the propane furnace. The battery charges when plugged into grid power or with a separate battery charger. Dual propane tanks sit on the trailer tongue with a tank selector to quickly switch between tanks. The propane powers the water heater, the fridge, the cooktop, and the furnace.

A full-size screen door and opening windows with a rooftop reversible fan provide plenty of ventilation. If the weather is too warm, the factory-installed rooftop AC unit very quickly cools down the camper.

The original awning broke years ago, but the mounting brackets remain. LuAnne also comes with an *Autowbrake* gravity brake controller professionally installed. This unit allows for wireless braking adjustment for towing with multiple tow vehicles. The axles were repacked and new tires installed at the same time.
