Bought new. Kept in garage until 2 years ago.
Only used a few times! Everything works fine. The AC is mounted near the floor so you don't have the roof height issue--so it might fit into your garage! It measures about 7'4" height.
In addition to the deluxe package, this had the flat screen TV with DVD factory installed with small side table/night stand. See pics
This is actually my 2nd trailer that I intended to use occasionally but never did. So that's why I'm selling it.
I added that screen at the entrance-- it's hanging by Velcro-. great for leaving the door open while camping w/o letting in flies.
Kitchen, convertible table/bed. Side table convertible table/bed. Ordered custom upholstery for the cushions when new (it's unique from any other Casita!) This deluxe model has the shower, toilet and lav.
The back bed does come up for a table. It has an outdoor shower and awning. Everything Factor original.
Just a fantastic unit. and hardly used as you can see with the pics.
This unit is ready for some camping.
These are really hard to find. And this is absolutely like new. Treat yourself to a very nice fiberglass RV while saving thousands.
Ordering new from TX comes with big $$ delivery fees which I paid $3000 and sales tax.
