We have a 2016 Casita, Spirit Deluxe for sale that we ordered in June of 2016 but due to high order volume that year it didn’t get built until late Oct. so no real use until 2017.

This camper is ln like new condition and has had very little use by non smokers with an average of 5 to 10 days per year of camping since new.

It has been stored inside during off season ( Nov.-April) and has only been towed around the state  Wisconsin except for the trip here from TX.

 A few of the options are the forced air furnace, air conditioner w/ heat strip, fantastic fan, 25 gallon fresh water tank, range cover, high lift suspension package and anti-sway control. It also has the larger Dometic 3 way refrigerator / freezer.

 We also added a 100 watt roof mounted solar system using two 50 watt panels (new 2021) and a 20A MPPT controller and a 100AH Renogy gel type battery (new 2023). This system does not require any penetrations through the fiberglass roof of the camper, so no worries about possible leaks.

 We have replaced all the original light bulbs with LED bulbs which really saves on battery use when off grid.
