Hard to find 2017 Casita Spirit Deluxe. We ordered a new one because we love it so much. They hold their value and keep in mind that it's $2.20 a mile to have them shipped to California which would be almost $4k to Sacramento or the Bay Area. Also, I think this is the last year until 2024 they used the low profile AC as there were supplier issues due to the trailer boom through Covid. Most of the ones I've seen nearby have been the less popular models and older, so this is a great opportunity for someone to use for a years and have very little depreciation. I sold my 16' 2002 without a furnace for $15k last year and had multiple offers. Casitas are rugged and lightweight, can be pulled with many mid-sized SUVs. The trailer has been babied and mostly covered equipped with:
-Furnace
-TV w/DVD, built-in antenna
-Low-profile AC
-Linoleum floors (older ones have carpet)
-Max Fan
-Awning
-Electric tongue jack
-Microwave
-Outdoor shower
-Electric/gas water heater
-Back corner removable shelf
-Anderson no-sway bar
-Battery has solar connectors for a suitcase type of solar panel
. Jack-it double bike carrier for the front mount (Let's Go Aero - 429756 Jack-It Double Bike Carrier System) which is $216 new on Amazon might be negotiable. We might need it on the new trailer.
