2005 Bigfoot 21RB

All options available at time of manufacture; AC with heat strip, Skylight, Outside Speakers, Stereo/DVD, Outside Shower, Microwave, Awning, Maggie Roof Rack, Continental Tire Cover

Tires are brand new Goodyear Endurance with 0 miles on them.  Rims were replaced with aluminum rims, same as provided by Bigfoot.  All wheel bearings have been properly greased and brakes checked.  Awning was replaced last year with a Dometic awning including an aluminum weathershield to protect it from sunlight, etc.  Fan-Tastic fans are provided over the bed and bathroom.  The one over the bed has the rain and heat sensor.  The one in the bath has the heat sensor.  Trailer has always been stored inside or covered.  It is currently covered with a Goldline cover.  Comes with a Hensley Arrow Hitch and powered tongue jack.  Everything functions.  The oven was never used.  The DVD cover does not close properly but still works.  Some of the dual pane windows have the inner seal that has migrated inward but does not leak or affect the window function.  Trailer has never been in an accident or damaged.  Non-smokers and no pets.  The trailer has not been used lately so it's time for it to be enjoyed by another owner.  Clear title in hand.
