Pickup in Kenwood, California (we may be willing to deliver, depending)
The time has come for us to pass on our beloved Scamp. This scamp has seen some real love - we renovated the entire interior, added solar, took it to Alaska and back, and it was my primary home for 2 years while I saved up money to buy a house. It gave me such a good life of freedom and travel, but my little family has outgrown it and we’re ready to send her off to another loving home.
Features: Clear title, <2000 lbs, 2013 Scamp Layout 4, sleeps 4, side bath w/ shower & toilet that can be converted to a closet, couch that converts to bunk beds, rear dining table that converts to main bed, 3 burner gas stove, oven, all lights and appliances operational (except fridge, see note below), comes with spare tire & cover, awning, AC blows cold and heater blows hot, roof fan, 2” rear hitch receiver for bike racks or other accessories. Note that the fridge isn’t working. Haven’t investigated the issue - could be a small repair or could need total replacement.
Upgrades: Dual 20lb propane tanks, storage cover, aftermarket solar panel & charge controller, custom handmade wood inlay table (see pictures!), deeper steel sink installed for easier dish washing, custom room darkening curtains throughout, Traffic Master Allure Pacific Pine vinyl flooring, new cabinet hardware and paint (Behr "Night Blooming Jasmine" hi-gloss), upgraded interior light fixtures, full length mirror on door, and insulated water lines throughout. Selling w/ dishes, pots, pans, and more interior extras if interested.
Note: image below says 2012, but when we checked the title, we found this scamp was actually a 2013!
The table is handmade w/ beautiful custom hardwood in a herringbone pattern - it still fully folds down and becomes the main bed when needed.
Cabinets have been repainted white w/ new hardware, all light fixtures are new, and the table is handmade w/ beautiful custom hardwood in a herringbone pattern.
Upgraded deeper steel sink to make washing dishes easier.
Custom handmade curtains - blue pattered layer lets in lots of light, thicker yellow- and cream-colored layer provides insulation in cold conditions, blackout for sleeping in, and has magnets sewn in to keep the curtains against the window frame.
We use this IKEA cutting board on the kitchen counter area for prep (it’s not attached to the counter). Happy to include pots, pans, cutting board, etc in the sale if the buyer wants the extras!
