That needs total renovation inside. Window do leak. But no a lot. No tittle. In MN you can register as homemade after you rebuild everything. Don't try to low ball or send low offer. Or trash talk the camper. I'll just ignore you. These are made just as good as scamp campers, And are still make in Canada selling for 15k to 25k.

No electric works.
Needs new headliner and insulator if you need. Still has it water tank. Otherwise very good bones. Don't expect anything new.
