We have for sale a 2019 16-foot Scamp camper (www.scamptrailers.com) with the layout 4 design (see diagram below). This Scamp includes a dinette, bathroom, and couch/bunk beds. My family has been amazed by how many features Scamp packs into this light-weight camper including sleeping for four (a dinette and bunk beds), a bathroom with a flush toilet and shower, a gas stove, 3-way 1.9 cubic foot fridge, sink, gas furnace, gas water heater, AC, and lots of storage (the full list of options are included below, see images). This light-weight camper (under 2000 lbs) is easy to tow and can be towed by smaller trucks or SUVs or cross-over vehicles. We tow it with a Jeep Wrangler and you could barely tell that it was there. Everything in this camper works the way it should and it has always been stored indoors during the winters and I have always kept it covered during the summer. We bought this scamp in 2020 from the factory and it was fun to meet all of the employees at the factory in Bakus, Minnesota. Their service and parts employees do a great job answering questions and getting any help you need with repairs and upgrades. Last summer, I noticed that the bearings were warmer than they should be on a trip to Minnesota. It turned out that the axle was slightly bent and that was causing the bearings to warm up. Scamp stands by their product and they helped with the warranty from the axle manufacture and a week later we had a brand new axle installed! The only reason that we are selling is because the kids are getting older and their interests are shifting to sports and academic pursuits that take up much of our weekends. We are asking $18,000 and the price is firm.
