SOLD - 2007 Bigfoot Trailer 17.5’ Great Condition – Roseville, MN - $24,500

A Bigfoot in the Midwest! These trailers are amazingly well made in Armstrong, British Columbia. They are fiberglass, sturdy, and tend to be found not far from their home in the Pacific Northwest and British Columbia.

This exact model is a 2007 a 25B17.5G. It is 17.5 feet long, part of the 2500 series, and has a gaucho (i.e. sofa that converts to a bed) with the wet bath in the back corner. You can see the layout with the photos. I think it is the best Bigfoot 17.5 design because it offers two places to sit (the dinette and the gaucho) and two places to sleep (the dinette and the gaucho). Newer models have a full-time ‘queen bed’ in the front and a dinette. Consequently, no place to sit except at the dinette. The front dinette converts to 77"x 43" bed and rear sofa converts to 78"x 41" bed.

Everything in this trailer works, as it should. The AC is cold and includes an electric heater. The furnace is hot. The refrigerator is amazing. I’ve never had an electric/gas refrigerator in a travel trailer that freezes the ice cream solid. The hot water is hot and the cold water is…whatever temperature it is outside. The current 17.5 model retails for $65,000.

It is a four-season trailer with insulated tanks, a powerful furnace, and double-paned windows. It also has been upgraded for boondocking with a lithium battery system and a solar panel to recharge the batteries during the day. Finally, it has custom one-way windows so that your neighbors can’t peek at you, even if the shades aren’t drawn!

It is easy to tow at 2900 pounds dry weight. The GVWR is 4300 lbs. The rest of the specs can be seen in an attached image. A distributed weight hitch is included.
